Come join us here at the Music Achievers Conservatory and have private piano lessons with professional instructor, Vanessa C. Chasney. Vanessa has 28 years of experience, and is well known in the area for her judging at such events as American Guild, National Guild and National Federation auditions. Vanessa was named to the National Guild Hall of Fame when she was only 29 years of age and continues to aspire pianists with the love of music. Students of Vanessa have the opportunity to perform in such local events as the Fall Classic, Halloween Workshops, Clavinova recitals, Piano Olympics, Master Classes, Ensemble recitals and Spring Awards Recitals. Students also get the opportunity to participate in national auditions for Federation and Guild. The fun does not stop there, as pianists and vocalists can also participate at Michigan Music Association's competitions to be held in Grand Rapids, February 25-27 2011. All ages are welcome to take lessons with Vanessa. She enjoys starting as young as 3 year olds at the piano and even those senior citizen beginners who know it is never to late to learn! Vanessa has experience with students of ADD, autism, and learning disabilities. She can help those who may just need physical therapy at the piano as well. Vanessa uses a very positive attitude in her teaching. Vanessa also enjoys teaching those who aspire to make a life of music. Vanessa's youngest son, Mark also teaches for our school. He will go to student's homes if they are unable to come to our school for lessons. This allows families more flexibility in their busy schedules. But, still allows them to be part of our school's activities and special events. Lessons are available EVERY day of the week.
